The service generates vertical 9:16 format videos with realistic, physics-aware dance animations, preserved pet identity and features, and trending dance templates. The service is intended for creating viral-ready content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice before new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Ai Dog Dancing may be used only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service, generate harmful or illegal content, infringe others' rights, or assist others in doing so. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to pet photos you upload and ensuring you have permission to create content featuring the pets in the photos.

Ai Dog Dancing may operate on credits or subscriptions to generate videos. Credits must be purchased through our payment system. Unless required by law or explicitly stated, purchases are non-refundable. Credits may be subject to account status and closure policies.

You may upload pet photos and select dance templates to generate dancing videos. You retain rights to your uploaded photos and generated videos, while granting us a limited license to process, host, and deliver them as needed to provide and improve the service. All generated videos are exported in full HD with no watermark.

You may not use Ai Dog Dancing to generate content that is illegal, harmful, violent, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; to attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the models; or to bypass safety features. Commercial use may require additional permissions.

Ai Dog Dancing is an AI-powered service and may produce imperfect results. Generated videos may contain artifacts, identity drift, motion inaccuracies, or other inconsistencies. While we strive for realistic, physics-aware animations with preserved pet features, we do not guarantee accuracy, quality, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Ai Dog Dancing, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ai Dog Dancing regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
